Sweetheart wanted to buy a briefcase, and it has to be affordable and durable. Those we saw in town, we need to pay at least a hundred to get it. Yes, times are bad hence we are saving.
Therefore, the best place I can think of is Mustafa Centre near Farrer Park Station. Only 8 minutes from Serangoon Station and dress code is ANYTHING!

This is the briefcase.
Not full leather but design wise, I think is easy to pair with any formal. Durability is medium and price is decent. Sweetheart said it's a good buy. We paid SGD$65 for it.
Next, we got ourselves two Parker ball point pen. I need a proper one for work; Can't stand it when you are in the midst of writing and the ink runs out. It's pretty decent and of cos' CHEAP!!!

Sweetheart saw this and immediately bought it for me. Cheap and so old school! I remember in secondary school, many of my classmates wore it to school. Comes in silver and gold. I decided on the the gold one because it looks better on me:) This cost SGD$33.
